A little about me

I have been lucky enough to enjoy real breadth in my career - great companies, remarkable people, a significant P&L, and a range of jobs in the UK and internationally.

My sector experience includes Consumer Goods (Pepsi), Retail (Sainsbury’s and Aldi), Financial Services (HBoS), Education (Cognita), and Airports (Heathrow) and I have a particular expertise in commercial (sales, marketing, product development, and pricing), and multi-site operations.

These businesses have been plcs, PE-backed, and privately owned, giving a useful understanding of their unique challenges.

My international background includes living and working overseas - running pan-European teams and negotiating deals in Europe, Middle East and Asia. I have a real interest in supporting leaders from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of work, I stay active either on a bike or playing golf. I currently live in France but frequently travel for client engagements. I have three children - all in their 20s.
